One year after choosing Melbourne for its Australian HQ, global technology company VISEO has announced the successful acquisition of Cludo, a leading Australian Salesforce digital services and consulting partner.
The acquisition will help both companies deploy larger-scale digital projects across Australia and the APAC region, with Cludo’s Salesforce digital transformation expertise adding to VISEO’s comprehensive range of digital services offerings and expertise.
This development marks a new chapter of growth for VISEO which recently partnered with French mobility company Systra to deliver a digital planning decision platform to increase efficiencies for the Victorian Government’s Level Crossing Removal Project.
Managing Director of VISEO Australia Pierre-Francois Vieau says the company has reaped the benefits of investing in Melbourne and working closely with the Victorian Government.
“Our experience working with the Victorian Government has been overwhelmingly positive. Starting with the support we received from Invest Victoria when we were deciding to relocate to now working with State agencies responsible for delivering some of the largest transport infrastructure projects in the country.
“The Victorian Government agencies are open to partnering with innovative companies to progress digital transformation projects and there is strong and growing demand for these technologies.
“I strongly encourage other companies to seize on the significant opportunities available here and invest in Victoria,” Pierre-Francois said.
VISEO is among a number of successful and innovative French businesses such as Alstom Transport, Dassault Systèmes, Lactalis, Loreal, Renault, Total Eren and Transdev that call Victoria home.
The company also forms part of Victoria’s thriving tech sector which contributes $38.4 billion to the State’s economy and supports more than 139,000 workers across 19,941 businesses.
